At Nuvica, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@nuvica.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will be happy to send a replacement or offer store credit as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:
We are unable to issue refunds for shipping delays until 30 days after your order has been placed.
Since shipping times can vary due to international logistics, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Customers may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing their order.
After the 6-hour window, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded until delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nuvica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local postal service.
